Career signal repair product with tested output logic
Battlecat — Career signal repair
Battlecat applies the same signal repair thinking to senior creative careers. I started with senior creatives because the signal problem is sharp there: deep experience, broad capability, unclear role fit and hiring systems that often flatten nuance. The product is built around the idea that agents are downstream and signal repair is upstream: before a person, recruiter or AI-assisted hiring layer can understand the value, the experience has to be clear, current and easy to read.
The problem Strong candidates can still be misunderstood when their experience is broad, buried, outdated, keyword-flattened or matched against the wrong role logic.
The strategy Start with senior creative roles because the signal problem is visible, prove the repair model there first, then scale into marketing, brand, communications, content and other industries where experience, fit and proof are being misread.
The build Brand, landing page, Free Signal Checker, input guidance, output language, trust copy, recruiter-informed testing loop and a scalable role-lane model designed to expand beyond the first creative audience.
