Portfolio and opportunities

I turn unclear ideas into brands, products and digital systems people can use.

I’m Reuben Lenoir, founder of Pixelhatch and a senior creative with 15+ years across brand, campaign, digital, content and production delivery.

My strongest work happens before the brief is fully settled: finding the useful signal, shaping the offer, building the public experience and creating the hook that gives people a reason to visit, test, share or start the conversation.

Product, strategy and signal systems

Products and strategy systems built around the problems created by AI integration.

Pixelhatch has become the place where I test and build around a clear shift: people, buyers, recruiters and teams are no longer only browsing pages. They are asking systems for answers. That changes the creative problem from simply looking visible to being clear, trusted, current and structured enough to be understood and recommended.

The through-line is signal repair. Telleo, Battlecat, Zombify and Launch Signal Strategy each respond to a different version of weak, missing or misaligned signals. The repair comes through clarity, context, proof, trust signals and the core principles of TEO: making the right information easier to find, understand, reuse and recommend before a weak answer is formed.

What this work shows

I turn emerging shifts into products, systems and public experiences people can understand and use.

Across Telleo, Battlecat, Zombify and Launch Signal Strategy, the pattern is consistent: spot the shift, define the problem, shape the offer, design the system, create the hook and build enough of the experience to make the idea real. That is the layer I work best in — connecting strategy, creative direction, product thinking and delivery without losing the thread.

How I think

I don’t just make the thing look better. I help work out what the thing is.

My value sits in the layer between strategy and delivery: spotting the shift, shaping the offer, designing the system and building the public experience so complex ideas become easier to understand, trust and act on.

  1. 01

    Find the signal

Work out what the useful truth is, where the market is confused and what the audience needs to understand before they can act.
  2. 02

    Shape the system

Turn that signal into a brand, product story, content structure, interface, report or service framework that can hold together in the real world.
  3. 03

    Build the hook

Create a reason for people to visit, test, share, compare or start the conversation before they are ready for the full offer.
  4. 04

    Test and refine

Use real feedback, output quality checks and first-read logic to make the work clearer, more credible and more useful after launch.

Selected creative and delivery work

Campaign, brand, digital and public-facing work that proves the craft underneath the strategy.

These projects show the delivery experience behind the newer product work: public campaigns, digital systems, wayfinding, tourism brands, production-heavy environments and work that had to hold up beyond the presentation deck.
